About mE

Hi! I’m Lidia, the owner of Bramley Blooms studio.

I have always loved flowers and thought that each bouquet and arrangement has a power to convey emotion, evoke joy, or bring comfort. Previously from a corporate background, I made the leap into the amazing world of floristry after attending a wonderful day workshop at a local florist’s shop. Leaving the workshop I could not shake the feeling that I wanted to work with flowers and one day, imagine!, have my own studio. However, having just resigned from my corporate job and with a very active 1.5 year old that seemed completely out of reach.

But sometimes, with a little bit of luck, dreams do come true. Since that day at the workshop, I completed my formal Level 2 Floristry training at Farnborough Tech, made connections with wonderful florists around the county, learned tremendous amount and… opened my own studio.

So here we are, welcome! I hope I can be of service to you.

Why bramley blooms

Studies from Harvard and Rutgers Universities showed that exposure to blooms significantly reduces stress, lowers anxiety, and triggers the release of brain chemicals like dopamine and serotonin. That gave me an idea of a subscription flowers service. Because it isn’t just nice to look at flowers, it is good for you.

Bramley Blooms was opened with a clear idea in mind: a local florist studio for local community. Whatever the needs, whatever the occasion, whatever the preference.

We cover Hampshire and Reading area, with ability to ship further out with courier service if requested.
